Pricing and terms for API

If you need integrations between 24SevenOffice and other systems, our goal is to make the process as simple as possible for you.

*Partners are not billed for their clients’ access to the API or usage. This is billed directly to the end customer. The exception applies to agency clients that are invoiced through a consolidated invoice to the partner.
**The purpose of usage-based pricing is not to generate revenue, but to protect our services. There will therefore be a 1-to-1 dialogue with any customers who exceed these levels regarding pricing.

Description of terms in the pricing model

  • “Always included” means that you have access to internal 24SevenOffice integrations as well as year-end closing.

  • Integrations that an accounting firm/partner applies to all their clients as part of their service delivery are billed according to a tiered partner-level system. For example, API for Power BI reporting or Sticos.

    T1: 0–99 clients
    T2: 100–250 clients
    T3: 251 or more clients

  • For external integrations not included in the “Always included” segment (the cost of NOK 149 per client is independent of the number of integrations).

  • To protect our services and ensure we cover our costs, we reserve the right to charge for high usage. If more than 500,000 API calls per month or more than 30 GB of data transfer per month occur, we will initiate a dialogue regarding your usage and any potential usage-based billing.
