This integration streamlines the transfer of customers and contacts from 24Sevenoffice CRM to Mailchimp.
The integration transfers all companies and contacts, or you can choose to only transfer those connected to a category in 24SevenOffice CRM. In Mailchimp, you will have an overview of the companies or contacts that have been transferred based on the type of contact they have.
Synchronization occurs every hour and transfers:
Fields that are synchronized for companies:
Email (excluding invoice emails)
Fields that are synchronized for contacts:
First name and last name
Email (private email if work email is blank)
If the option to only transfer those connected to a category is enabled, it will also be synchronized as a Group in Mailchimp, named Categories.
With this information, you can use CRM in 24SevenOffice to manage lists in Mailchimp and segment your communications based on category and type.
