Terms and conditions for use of consultants from 24SevenOffice Norway AS and 24SevenOffice Sweden AB
The consulting assignment shall be performed in accordance with the agreement or after current hours at standard hourly rates. Please note that the assignment can be performed by different consultants from 24SevenOffice, or sub-contractors, depending on competence and availability. All consultants operate under the terms of these terms. The scope of time in the Agreement, or that has been discussed, must be regarded as time estimates, as circumstances beyond 24SevenOffice's control may result in the duration of the assignment being longer. The client will be invoiced for extra time used.
The expected response time for a start-up call after signing is a minimum of 48 hours and a maximum of 1 week.
It is expected that the client provides the necessary resources for the 24SevenOffice consultant to be able to carry out his or her assignment. If this is not present or is sufficient to be able to carry out the assignment, this will be charged in addition to the agreed amounts.
Attention is drawn to the fact that parts of the assignment can be carried out outside the client's premises and that it is not the time where the consultant is present that applies in relation to the time used.
Duty of confidentiality
24SevenOffice's personnel has a duty of confidentiality for all information, including information about personal matters, that the person in question becomes aware of during the client's work. All personnel in 24SevenOffice has signed terms of confidentiality in their employment or assignment agreement.
The agreed amount is pre-invoiced upon signing with 10 days due. In the event of time beyond the agreed package, time spent will be invoiced at the standard hourly rate.
Working hours and rates
The consultant's ordinary working hours are in the period 0800 - 1600, Monday to Friday, except holidays. For an ordinary working day, 8 hours are invoiced. An additional 50% is on the regular hourly rate will be charged for work done outside normal business hours.
The standard hourly rate is currently NOK 1 750 per hour.
Travel time and expenses
Billable travel time - invoiced 100% from the nearest 24SevenOffice office
For consultant assignments outside 24SevenOffice's offices, all travel expenses will be charged according to documented expenses (e.g. flights, parking and hotels)
An consultant assignment must be canceled no later than 24 hours (working days) before the agreed attendance so that the client is not invoiced for the assignment. Cancellation 2-24 hours in advance is charged with 50%, while 0-2 hours is charged 100%. In the event of a canceled contract, time spent will be invoiced at the standard hourly rate, and the minimum invoiced time is 3 hours.
